The apartments vary in layout, featuring 2.5 to 4.5 rooms, and range from 91 square meters to 155 square meters in floor area. Each unit is equipped with modern amenities and offers either outdoor private spaces or expansive terraces, enhancing the living experience.

The building is designed to be environmentally sustainable, utilizing geothermal heating and cooling systems coupled with photovoltaic panels. This allows for efficient energy use, contributing to a reduced environmental footprint.
