The project consists of four semi-detached family homes situated on a hillside, designed to provide living space of 197 m² distributed across four levels with a total of 6.5 rooms. Each unit features an open living area with a height of 5 meters, creating a spacious atmosphere, along with a private garden space equipped with a patio area for outdoor activities. The homes include three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and versatile hobby rooms, along with two designated parking spaces per unit, as well as one visitor parking space.

Sustainability is a key aspect as each home utilizes an air/water heat pump for heating. The homes incorporate generous layouts that allow for customization according to individual preferences. Amenities such as the communal gardens enhance the outdoor living experience and foster community interaction within the development.
