The project is a collection of four modern semi-detached family homes located in a hillside area, designed to offer high living comfort while integrating with the natural surroundings. Each house provides a spacious living area of 197 square meters, distributed across four levels with 6.5 rooms. The open living space is enhanced by a five-meter-high ceiling, creating a unique sense of spaciousness. Each residence includes a private garden area, equipped with a patio for outdoor family gatherings during warmer months.

The layout of each home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate modern living needs. Each unit features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a generous living area and an impressive open kitchen that includes an island and ample space for a dining table. A versatile hobby room is also incorporated into the design, which is suitable for various uses. Additionally, the homes come with two private parking spaces and a designated visitor parking spot, ensuring convenience for residents and guests.

Sustainability is prioritized with a heat generation system utilizing an air/water heat pump, which contributes to energy efficiency.
