This project consists of a residential and commercial building located in Solothurn, featuring a total of 26 rental apartments in varying configurations, including 2.5, 3.5, and 4.5-room units. The design accommodates both residential living and commercial activities with approximately 225 square meters of flexible commercial space available that is suitable for various business types. Amenities include separate entrances for commercial units, dedicated parking areas, and private loggias for selected residences.

The project incorporates modern architecture while respecting the historical context of the surrounding area. It emphasizes a functional layout and provides residents access to outdoor spaces. Facilities such as hobby rooms, bicycle parking, and green spaces are integrated to enhance the living experience. Additional features include the use of environmentally friendly construction methods and materials to ensure efficiency and comfort for occupants.
