«NKS 4-6» is a contemporary residential and commercial development located in the center of Solothurn. This project consists of a total of 26 rental apartments in various configurations, including 2.5, 3.5, and 4.5 room units. The architecture blends modern design with historical elements, aiming to create an environment that combines urban convenience with cultural richness. Common amenities within the project will include spacious underground parking, hobby rooms, and storage facilities designed to enhance the living experience for residents.
The development is structured across multiple levels, which allows for a diverse range of living spaces. Each apartment has been designed with practical layouts to meet the needs of different residents, from families to professionals.
