Residential project in Gränichen

This project consists of a new terraced housing complex comprising 9 ownership apartments distributed across two structures linked by an external stairwell. Each building accommodates one unit per floor, ensuring privacy and barrier-free living across three levels. The units range from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms, with 16 parking spaces and dedicated bicycle parking available in the underground garage. Private outdoor spaces include covered terraces and generously sized gardens, with some gardens exceeding the living area in size. Each apartment is equipped with a cellar space.

The apartment complex features spacious rooms that connect seamlessly with outdoor areas through floor-to-ceiling glazing. The design allows residents to benefit from scenic views of the surrounding landscape and Aargau Jura hills. Additional amenities such as heated hobby rooms can be purchased, and the overall layout supports both couples and families, offering a range of unit sizes suitable for different living needs.
