This project involves a newly built multi-family house designed to accommodate a total of seven apartments. The layout consists of three 3.5-room apartments and four 4.5-room apartments. The building is equipped with a lift providing access from the basement to the top floor, and it features a central heating system powered by a geothermal heat pump along with underfloor heating in the apartments. There is also a spacious underground parking garage, cellar spaces, ski storage, and additional storage rooms available.

The apartments benefit from spacious outdoor areas, with large balconies offering views of the surrounding mountainous landscape. Each unit is equipped with modern kitchen configurations tailored according to the buyer's specifications, ensuring personalization of the living spaces. The construction of the building adheres to current ecological standards, ensuring compliance with sound and thermal insulation regulations. The architecture combines traditional alpine elements with contemporary design, featuring a characteristic wooden façade complemented by stone cladding, and ample glazing that enhances natural light within the residences.
