This project consists of a residential complex featuring three multi-family homes designed to accommodate a diverse range of residents. The complex will offer a total of 29 rental apartments, including a mix of one to four and a half rooms, suitable for both individuals and families. The layout incorporates thoughtful design to cater to different household sizes, thus facilitating a variety of living arrangements.
Complementing the living spaces, the development includes 29 underground parking spaces and additional shared amenities. The availability of hobby rooms ensures that residents have designated spaces for leisure or personal projects. The design prioritizes functionality and accessibility with features such as barrier-free entries and designated bicycle parking facilities.
Unique to this complex is the careful consideration for affordability, making these apartments a sustainable option for low-income households. The layout also anticipates future needs, providing spaces and capabilities to facilitate community interaction and individual privacy. With a commitment to providing accessible and practical housing, the project aims to serve various demographics from young individuals to seniors.
The apartments are constructed with a focus on durability and efficient use of space. The foundations and structural elements adhere to local building regulations and include reinforced concrete for both load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls, ensuring stability and longevity. The ceiling heights and floor dimensions were optimized to enhance livability.
Interior finishes include high-grade materials, featuring:
- Floors with a choice of wood parquet in the bedrooms and fine stoneware tiles in living spaces and bathrooms.
- Equipped kitchens with durable surfaces including granite countertops and glass backsplashes, outfitted with essential appliances such as:
- Refrigerator with separate freezer
- Glass-ceramic cooktop
- Oven and dishwasher
- Ventilation system (recirculation)
The sanitary facilities are well-appointed with fixtures including:
- WC with built-in flush tank
- Shower with glass partition
- Basin with standard fittings and storage solutions such as mirrored cabinets
Natural light and air flow are optimized with triple-glazed windows, contributing to energy efficiency. The interior design maintains a balance of functionality and aesthetic uniformity tailored to contemporary lifestyles.
