The project «Seeweid» consists of two multi-family homes featuring a total of 19 rental apartments, ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms. The layout of the apartments is designed with flexibility in mind, accommodating a variety of living arrangements and preferences. Each residence is equipped with spacious living areas that include large panoramic windows and balconies facing the east and west.
Additional features of the apartments include high-quality kitchens fitted with modern appliances, practical work islands, and well-appointed sanitary areas with walk-in showers and bathtubs. The units also benefit from practical storage solutions such as a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as dedicated parking spaces in the underground garage.
The design emphasizes natural light and panoramic views, enhancing the living experience. Residents can enjoy the calming views of the nearby lake and surrounding landscapes, making it an appealing choice for those valuing both comfort and nature.
The interior of the apartments in «Seeweid» features a focus on high-quality materials and modern finishes. Flooring throughout the living areas is primarily composed of large gray porcelain tiles, providing a clean and contemporary aesthetic. The walls are finished with white plaster, contributing to a bright and airy atmosphere.
Kitchens are equipped with Siemens appliances, including an oven, steamer, ceramic cooktop, extractor hood, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The kitchen cabinetry features a Lavagrau resin front with stainless steel handles and a polished Caesar stone countertop, along with LED lighting integrated into the cabinetry for enhanced functionality.
Bathrooms are designed with functionality in mind, offering a spacious walk-in shower with a glass partition, a standard white bathtub, and ceramic wall tiles. Additional storage is provided by custom-made mirrored cabinets with electrical outlets. Each apartment includes a private cellar storage area, ensuring ample space for personal belongings and other essentials.
