Hedwigs Garten
Bülach
Architectural Vision
Gfeller Treuhand und Verwaltungs AG
«Hedwigs Garten» is a residential complex consisting of two high-quality wooden buildings located in a popular area of Bülach. The project features two maisonette apartments with 4.5 and 5.5 rooms, designed to provide ample living space and generous outdoor areas, including terraces and gardens. Each apartment offers expansive views over Bülach, extending from the Black Forest to the Glarus Alps.
The architectural design of the buildings creates an inviting environment, as they gracefully wrap around a landscaped green zone, ensuring barrier-free access. The upper floors are constructed using high-quality timber on a concrete base, with the lower floors situated directly beneath the units to preserve the surrounding landscape and promote biodiversity. The wooden facades of the homes reflect a simple elegance, complemented by private outdoor spaces that enhance residents' living experiences.
Additional features of the project include a variety of common areas and landscaped grounds, designed to encourage community interaction. The development incorporates biodiverse green spaces with native plants and fruit trees, along with paved pathways and open lawns, creating a natural habitat that enhances the overall aesthetic and experience of the complex.
The interior of the apartments in «Hedwigs Garten» emphasizes quality and sustainability in its construction. High-grade oak parquet flooring and a colored design floor based on cement contribute to a harmonious living environment, while the ceilings are finished with varnished solid wood, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and comfort of the spaces.
Kitchens are equipped with energy-efficient appliances, adhering to modern standards of eco-friendliness and functionality. The interior design follows a sustainable color palette, utilizing natural tones to create a soothing atmosphere throughout the homes.
