Residential project in Buchrain

This project consists of nine row houses featuring six rooms each, designed with a wooden construction technique from the ground floor upward. The underground level is built conventionally in reinforced concrete, providing structural stability, while the upper levels utilize modern timber materials to create a balanced aesthetic between traditional and contemporary styles.

Each row house offers a living space of either 169 or 179 square meters and includes features such as multiple floors which often encompass a basement, ground floor, and two additional upper levels. The residences also provide essential elements for family living, such as private gardens, parking areas, and various common spaces for recreational use.
