The project consists of a multi-family residential complex featuring 22 ownership apartments, ranging in size from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms. The L-shaped building design provides a South-North and East-West orientation for the units, and incorporates spacious balconies and garden areas for outdoor use. The apartments are accessible through three stairwells equipped with barrier-free elevators, which also connect to the underground parking garage.

Each apartment includes open and well-furnished floor plans with two bathrooms and an integrated laundry zone. Notable features include large, floor-to-ceiling windows facing outward to enhance natural light, alongside balcony glazing in the southern apartments. The building is designed with high-quality thermal insulation, a geothermal heat pump, and solar collectors to promote sustainability.
