Residential project in Sursee

This is a residential complex consisting of nine owned apartments distributed across a single building. The apartments range in size, with options including three and several four and a half room units. The lower floors feature apartments with private terraces, while the upper levels provide access to balconies. Each unit includes a dedicated cellar space for storage.

The total layout consists of three floors with apartments varying from ground level to the attic. Each unit offers specific outdoor space, such as terraces or balconies. The complex includes a shared garden area, providing additional green space for residents. Parking facilities are included for convenience, and the design considers optimal use of space with each apartment having its own designated area.
