«Kleinbruggen» is a residential complex consisting of 21 rental apartments. The project offers a variety of apartment sizes ranging from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms, with practical floor plans that optimize living space. Each unit is designed to meet diverse lifestyle needs and ensure a functional living environment. The building includes amenities such as bicycle storage and possibly communal areas for residents.
This complex is structured into multiple levels, providing residents with a layout that fosters community while also allowing for privacy. Additional features include spaces for cellar storage and hobby rooms, providing extra convenience for the tenants. The design ensures ease of access throughout the building for all residents, including those with mobility impairments.
The apartments are equipped with modern amenities and offer outdoor spaces, including private terraces and gardens in selected units. This combination of features aims to create a cohesive living experience that caters to the needs of various household types and ensures that each resident can find a space that meets their requirements.

Interior details feature a selection of premium materials for flooring and finishes:
- Three types of parquet flooring choices:
- Trendpark smoked oak 14 with natural oil finish
- Formpark Quadrato oak 14: cream color
