Residential project in Zürich

This project consists of two buildings featuring mansard roofs that accommodate a total of 18 ownership apartments. Each building includes nine apartments with layouts distributed evenly across the ground, first, second, and third floors. Every apartment is equipped with a balcony or a private seating area, while the upper-floor apartments provide terraces for additional outdoor space. The complex is designed for easy movement with a barrier-free elevator connecting all levels from the basement to the rooftop apartments, enhancing accessibility for all residents.

Each unit includes a dedicated cellar space, with the majority providing laundry facilities comprising a washing machine and dryer. Common amenities include a drying room equipped with a Secomat. The parking garage can accommodate ten vehicles and features an E-mobility load management system. Design aspects include a focus on sustainability, with an ecological heating system powered by district heating, which also supplies hot water, supplemented by a photovoltaic system for on-site electricity generation.
