Residential project in Gams

This project consists of six row houses, designed with an open floor plan that enhances the spatial experience from the foyer to the living, dining, and kitchen areas, facilitating a modern living arrangement. The functional elements, including a shower/WC and staircase, are centrally located, contributing to an organized environment. Each unit features outdoor amenities such as a covered terrace and balconies that extend the living space into the outdoors.

Two buildings are included in the development, each offering units with three bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, a dressing area, and a private balcony, while the other two bedrooms share an additional bathroom and have access to a separate balcony. This layout allows for both privacy and social interaction among residents, promoting a balanced living experience.
