Le Verger

This project consists of a multi-generational residential complex with a total of 21 rental apartments, divided between two distinct buildings. There are 9 mixed residential apartments with configurations of 3.5 and 4.5 rooms, and 12 apartments designed specifically for seniors and individuals with reduced mobility, featuring 2.5 and 3.5 rooms. The apartments range in size from 55 to 105 square meters. Each building serves different demographics, with shared amenities intended to enhance the living experience for all residents.

The complex features apartments certified by bonacasa, ensuring compliance with high safety and quality standards. Unique characteristics include the provision of personalized support for residents in the dedicated seniors' building. Additionally, services such as a concierge and emergency alarm system are available, contributing to the overall functionality and accessibility of the residences. The buildings' designs include modern layouts and accommodate diverse living arrangements.
