Industriestrasse 31

«Industriestrasse 31» is a multi-family housing project undergoing extensive core renovations. The building has been stripped down to its shell and is set to complete this renovation with 8 rental apartments that are being prepared to contemporary construction standards.

The project features spacious 3.5 and 4.5 room apartments with smart layouts designed for an open kitchen and dining area. Each apartment comes with its own private washing tower, and select units include additional storage spaces, also known as reduits. Built-in wardrobes provide further convenience, while corridor and kitchen areas are well-lit with overhead lighting.

Materials used include oak parquet flooring throughout the living spaces, with fine stoneware tiles in the bathrooms and reduits. Each unit is equipped with household appliances from established brands such as Electrolux and Bosch. Solar panels on the flat roof contribute to the building’s functionality, and each apartment is allocated a separate cellar compartment for storage. Moreover, there are external parking spaces and hobby/disposal rooms available for residents.
