Les Balcons du Lac

This project consists of a residential complex that includes 12 apartments designed in a cascading layout across the hillside. Each apartment is oriented to provide views of the surrounding landscape, ensuring all homes benefit from the unique topography of the site. The development includes features such as private gardens and spacious terraces for select units. Common amenities include a landscaped area for residents' use, as well as dedicated spaces for bicycle parking and storage.

The apartments vary in size and configuration, accommodating different living needs. Notable features of the apartments include large terrace areas and private outdoor spaces. Some units offer additional amenities, such as wine cellars. The design respects local architectural styles while ensuring that outdoor spaces are integrated into the residents' lifestyles, providing direct access to green areas.
