La Canopée

This project comprises a residential complex consisting of 8 high-standard apartments, varying in size from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms. The apartments are designed to provide optimal living conditions with generous space, functional layouts, and ideal orientations towards the southeast or southwest. Each unit features private outdoor spaces along with a communal area situated at the edge of the property near a stream, set within a green environment. Covered parking spaces are allocated for each apartment, enhancing practical access to the residences.

The architecture is harmonized with the village setting, balancing modernity with a subdued style. Each apartment includes functional elements that cater to contemporary living needs, and additional features may include access to private gardens, balconies, and a collective relaxation area alongside the stream. The project aims to foster a comfortable living experience through the thoughtfully planned layouts and amenities.
