The architectural layout comprises a long building body aligned from the northeast to the southwest, with an adjacent north wing that houses communal areas. Noteworthy shared facilities within the complex include a communal living room and event space, alongside a workshop and designated vehicle and bicycle storage. Residents can also take advantage of a vaulted cellar for events and unique gatherings, promoting community engagement among the diverse age groups living in the building.
