Silva & Marne

The project consists of two small buildings featuring a total of six row houses, each with 4.5 rooms. The buildings, Silva and Marne, are designed with two different orientations to maximize sunlight and natural views. Each row house includes two terraces and private gardens, with an open floor layout that allows for customizable interior configurations. The underground parking provides direct access to the basement, which includes additional space for personal use, enhancing convenience for residents.

Unique features of the dwellings include energy-efficient features such as common air/water heat pumps and installed photovoltaic solar panels. Each villa is designed with a communal natural ventilation system for the basements and private gardens bordered by hedges. Options for electric vehicle and bike charging stations are available, bolstering accessibility and modern living standards.
