The project consists of a residential complex with a total of eight own apartments. The main building features a variety of apartment layouts designed for individual ownership. There are two ground floor apartments, four on the first floor, four on the second floor, and two in the attic. Each apartment is equipped with loggia spaces, enhancing the outdoor living experience while ensuring privacy and access to natural light.

The building includes dedicated underground parking for residents. Additional on-site amenities encompass storage spaces for bicycles and personal belongings, contributing to the convenience and functionality of the living environment. The layout includes communal visitation areas that facilitate social interaction among residents.
