Sitterblick

«Sitterblick» is a multi-family housing project consisting of 17 rental apartments, featuring configurations of 2.5 to 3.5 rooms across four floors. The design emphasizes practicality, supporting diverse household types including singles, couples, and small families.

Each apartment is equipped with a well-thought-out layout, allowing residents to personalize their living space while benefiting from a welcoming environment. Notably, all units will have access to enhanced utilities such as an efficient heat pump system, which contributes to energy savings and responsible energy consumption.

The project's amenities include a common outdoor area, indoor bicycle storage, and dedicated underground parking spaces. The basement houses additional storage facilities for residents, promoting convenience for living needs. These features aim to enhance residents' ease of living and storage solutions, ultimately contributing to a holistic residential experience.
