Unterdorf

This project consists of a three-story multi-family building featuring nine ownership apartments. The layout includes two 4.5-room apartments and one 3.5-room apartment per floor, offering efficient use of space and intelligent floor plans that minimize unappealing circulation areas. The apartments have private outdoor spaces, with ground floor units offering covered seating areas and gardens, while upper-floor apartments provide glazed balconies measuring approximately 14.5 m², enhancing the connection to outdoor environments.

The building includes a basement with parking facilities, which can be accessed via a covered entrance. Energy efficiency is emphasized through a district heating connection and an integrated photovoltaic system on the roof. The design incorporates a harmoniously shaped L-shaped building that fits into the surrounding neighborhood, accentuating communal spaces with a protected courtyard for resident interaction and tranquility.
