This residential complex encompasses 243 apartments ranging from 1.5 to 5.5 rooms, spread across five building rows. The design allows for 91 parking spaces, 13 rentable "joker" rooms with individual bathrooms, one studio, one kindergarten, and two community rooms. The buildings are structured with open garden courtyards and pedestrian pathways connecting the living spaces.
The construction will occur in two phases, starting with three rows planned for completion in the eastern section. The final two rows will follow in the subsequent phase. The new construction replaces an existing settlement of 92 housing units, facilitating a transition to modern living while retaining communal elements such as playgrounds and gardens.
