Residential project in Bern

This project consists of a collective urban development in Bern that features a residential area comprising various building types. It includes a total of approximately 490 rental apartments spread across seven residential buildings, with living options such as townhouses, maisonettes, tiny houses, and penthouses. The design incorporates communal areas, outdoor spaces, and additional amenities such as guest rooms and community terraces. Each type of residence caters to diverse living arrangements, accommodating individuals, couples, and families, while also providing private outdoor spaces in certain units.

Unique elements of the project include nine tiny houses located on the rooftop of one of the buildings, offering sustainable living with energy-efficient features. Additionally, there are cluster apartments designed for shared living, each equipped with kitchens and private bathrooms. The construction emphasizes a vertical stacking approach, creating ample opportunities for community interaction and shared outdoor spaces, while also catering to a broad range of housing needs.
