Residents have the option to choose from a garden apartment, a terrace apartment, a penthouse attic apartment, or a lounge-style apartment, each encapsulating different living styles.

The apartments vary in size and include several amenities designed for convenience and leisure. Common areas such as outdoor terraces and gardens encourage social interaction and relaxation. The complex is equipped with significant parking facilities, offering residents two parking spaces per unit in a secured underground garage along with additional outdoor parking options. Bike storage is also available to support eco-friendly travel.

Unique features include landscaped gardens where residents can unwind and enjoy greenery, as well as well-planned communal spaces. Each apartment has features that enhance privacy and comfort.
