The structure features five floors, including an underground level, ground floor, and two upper levels, along with an attic. Total usable area is approximately 3,475 m², with a building volume of around 11,740 m³. Main amenities include 24 underground parking spaces for residents, along with three visitor parking spots for convenience.

Apartment types available include 10 two-and-a-half-room units with an area of 56 m² and 14 one-and-a-half-room units measuring 32.3 m². Each apartment is equipped with modern kitchen facilities, bathrooms featuring glass showers, and designated balconies offering views on either the east or west side of the building. With well-planned living spaces, the design integrates both function and aesthetic coherence.

Additional features incorporated into the project are bicycle parking areas, cellar spaces in the basement, and common spaces for resident use such as hobby rooms. The configuration of the apartments caters to diverse living needs, ensuring practical access and functionality for residents.
