Residential project in Dürrenäsch

This project encompasses a mixed-use development featuring residential and commercial spaces in the municipality of Dürrenäsch. It includes three multi-family houses, two rows of single-family homes, and various commercial areas. Specifically, there are 14 ownership apartments ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms, and 14 rental apartments ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms. In addition, there are six single-family homes with 5.5 rooms each, each equipped with a carport, and four single-family homes with 6.5 rooms and two carports each. The project also allocates commercial spaces ranging from 12 m² to 27.5 m², alongside a multipurpose room with a kitchen and communal areas planned for subsequent phases.

The residential layout provides barrier-free access, accommodating diverse needs and age groups. The buildings feature outdoor spaces and a car-free community zone for pedestrian access. An underground garage is included, providing parking spaces with direct access to the apartment buildings, ensuring ease of mobility for residents and visitors.
