The project is a multi-family residential complex comprising a total of 10 wheelchair-accessible apartments. The building features three floors, including two units located on the top level, which have access to large private terraces. Constructed with solid materials, the building's structure includes concrete ceilings and walls made from concrete, brick, or lightweight concrete. The facade is equipped with external insulation and is clad in fine stoneware tiles. Each unit includes a utility area complete with a private washing machine and dryer. Central heating is provided by an air-to-air heat pump with underfloor heating, regulated individually by electric thermostats.

The interior finishes include a combination of parquet and tile flooring, with white-plastered walls throughout. The ceilings are finished with smooth plaster, and the electrical installations include an adequate number of sockets, switches, and connections for lighting. Telecommunication and television connections are available in living spaces and bedrooms. Each apartment is equipped with intercom and door opener at the entrance.
The kitchens feature high-quality cabinetry with laminate fronts, and the layout will be determined according to the architect's basic project.
