Residential project in Islisberg

This project consists of two buildings that include six row houses and one semi-detached house. The development features four and a half room layouts across four floors, suitable for family living. Residents have access to outdoor areas including private gardens and terraces, alongside communal spaces that promote interaction among homeowners. Designs allow for direct access from the basement parking areas into the residences, enhancing convenience for residents.

The homes feature high-pitched gabled roofs and extensive window areas that provide ample natural light. Each unit is designed with compact yet efficiently utilized spaces, with open living areas in the typical floor plan promoting seamless movement between zones. Unique architectural elements, such as spiral staircases and spacious upper gallery areas, contribute to the aesthetic appeal of the homes. All units are built using natural materials and include features such as heat pump systems for resource-efficient heating.
