Residential project in Weiningen TG

This project encompasses a residential complex in Warth-Weiningen, featuring approximately 60 to 70 housing units. The layout includes six multi-family buildings structured to meet varying residential needs. Residents will benefit from designated parking areas and additional spaces for bicycles, as well as common areas designed for community interaction.

In addition to standard amenities, the development will provide hobby rooms and cellars for residents. Efforts are being made to include green spaces within the project to promote outdoor activities and community engagement. Facilities with separate entrances for some apartments and multiple balconies have also been designed, allowing for private outdoor spaces.

The project is currently in the planning stage, with a design plan being developed to ensure all regulatory requirements are met prior to submission. Once construction begins, specific features such as wine cellars and saunas may be incorporated into the design based on interest shown by prospective residents, enhancing the living experience.
