This project consists of a multi-family building in Biberist, featuring six residential units. The layout includes four 4.5-room apartments and two 3.5-room apartments, offering varied living spaces suitable for couples, families, and individuals. Each unit has been designed with spacious floor plans and large windows, creating bright and well-lit interiors. Outdoor living areas, such as patios and balconies, are integrated into the design to extend the living space outdoors.

The building features several amenities, including a designated cellar area for storage and parking provisions consisting of 12 underground spaces and one outdoor parking spot. Each apartment includes a private terrace, promoting outdoor usage. The residential complex is characterized by its urban proximity while maintaining a quiet setting, lending itself to a lifestyle that blends urban and rural living, accompanied by five-minute access to public transport and local amenities.
