This project consists of two semi-detached villas designed with a functional layout, totaling 7.5 rooms each and a floor space of 319 m². These villas are constructed over three levels, providing ample living space for residents. Each villa is set on a spacious plot, enhancing privacy and outdoor living opportunities.
