This project consists of a residential complex comprising 24 rental apartments across 8 buildings. The apartments range in size from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms, catering to a variety of living needs. The layout of the buildings allows for comfortable living with designated parking spaces available for residents. Additionally, there are provisions for bicycle parking and shared green spaces that enhance the outdoor environment.

The residential complex features apartments equipped with modern amenities. Each unit comes with high-quality oak parquet flooring in the living and sleeping areas. Kitchens and bathrooms are fitted with ceramic tiles, while kitchens are equipped with high-standard appliances including a glass ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. Select apartments also have their own washing machines and dryers for added convenience.

Unique aspects of the residences include balconies that offer outdoor space for relaxation. Some buildings also have elevators, facilitating accessibility across different floors. Cellar compartments are provided for additional storage. The overall design supports a functional living environment suitable for families and individuals alike.
