Residential project in Perly

This project consists of two contemporary buildings offering a total of 20 apartments ranging from 2.5 to 5 rooms. Each building is designed with a focus on functional layout to accommodate various lifestyles. The apartments feature amenities such as private gardens, loggias, or terraces, providing outdoor living spaces. The central stairwell connects both buildings to an underground parking garage, adding convenience for residents.

The residential units include a variety of configurations: Building A hosts larger 4 and 5-room apartments, while Building B offers a mix of smaller units including 2 to 4.5-room layouts. Underground parking includes spaces for cars and motorcycles, as well as additional cellar units.
