This project consists of two contemporary buildings comprising a total of 20 apartments with configurations ranging from 2.5 rooms to 5 rooms. The apartments feature private gardens, loggias, and rooftop terraces, enhancing outdoor space availability. Building A includes a mix of larger family-sized units, while Building B offers a variety of layouts to accommodate different living needs. Each building is connected with a central staircase leading directly to the underground parking garage. The layout promotes open volumes and visual perspectives between living spaces.

Unique aspects of the project include large private terraces accessible from all living areas, which extend the indoor space to the outdoors. Ground floor apartments provide expansive private gardens, enhancing the outdoor living experience. The architectural design incorporates strong elements such as vaulted reinforced concrete slabs, adding to the aesthetic appeal and optimizing material use while minimizing the project's carbon footprint. Each apartment is designed to ensure ample natural light and offers outdoor living options in the form of loggias and terraces.
