The complex includes an underground parking garage with 36 parking spaces, along with more than 100 bicycle parking spots, catering to active residents and families.

The architectural design highlights a striking facade with bronze-colored zigzag panels and horizontal lines facing the street, creating a modern aesthetic. The courtyard side features inviting balconies and a warm wooden facade, providing a contrast to the urban street front. The centerpiece of the development is a landscaped inner courtyard that offers a tranquil retreat, complete with organically shaped flower beds, trees, and shrubs, along with play areas and seating nooks.
