Residential project in Saignelégier

This residential complex consists of two buildings, with a total of 14 units available for ownership. The layout includes seven 3.5 and 4.5 room apartments in each building, with flexibility for some units to transform into larger spaces. The design aims to provide ample living space, catering to various household compositions within a serene environment surrounded by greenery.

The apartments feature practical layouts and include private outdoor areas such as gardens for ground-floor units and terraces or loggias for upper floor units. Essential amenities include a communal garage for bicycles and a spacious cellar for each unit. This project focuses on enhancing residents' quality of life through thoughtfully designed living spaces and common areas.

Sustainability is a key component, with the buildings heated using renewable energy and supplemented with solar photovoltaic panels on the roofs to generate electricity. A large shared garden and green zones, free of traffic interference, are planned between the buildings, fostering an inviting outdoor environment for residents.
