Residential project in Meilen

This project encompasses a mixed-use development that combines both residential and commercial spaces. It features approximately 50 rental apartments varying in size from 1.5 to 5.5 rooms, catering to a diverse demographic, including singles, couples, and families. The layout is designed to promote social interaction and community living, with an open space connecting two building sections to encourage gatherings and daily activities in the area.

The commercial area spans over 8000 square meters and is intended to host innovative businesses that can thrive alongside residential living. The design promotes flexibility, allowing tenants to customize their space according to their needs. This integration of living and working environments is meant to enrich neighborhood life and support the local economy.

In addition to the residential units, the project includes inviting outdoor spaces known as "Werkplatz," which serves as a communal area for interactions among residents and visitors.
