Residential project in Dörflingen

This project consists of a residential ensemble featuring a total of 16 units, including single-family homes, row houses, and modern apartments located within a multi-family building. The layout includes three single-family houses with approximately 124 m² of living space, three row houses showcasing spacious designs, and ten apartments ranging from 2.5 to 3.5 rooms. Each unit is characterized by distinct architectural features and practical layouts, designed for family living and convenience.

The development incorporates private gardens for the single-family houses, outdoor terraces, and balconies for the apartments, providing ample outdoor space for residents. All buildings include designated cellars for storage and separate entrances, enhancing privacy and accessibility. Renovations retain the historical facades while integrating contemporary materials and techniques, creating a balanced aesthetic. Additionally, a shared underground parking facility ensures weather-protected vehicle storage.

Noteworthy elements of this project include eco-friendly technology such as geothermal heating and solar panels, aimed at minimizing utility costs.
