This project consists of two multi-family residential buildings offering a total of twelve ownership apartments. The apartments range in size from 112.6 to 167 square meters and feature a variety of layouts, including 4.5 and 5.5-room options. Each apartment is oriented to the south, maximizing natural light through large, floor-to-ceiling windows. The design incorporates practical room arrangements with designated areas for living, dining, and cooking, ensuring functional use of space.
Each unit comes with significant outdoor areas designed to expand living spaces. These include generous covered balconies that provide a natural extension to the indoor areas, suitable for outdoor furniture. The project also features additional amenities such as spacious cellar spaces, extra storage rooms, and parking provisions, which include two designated parking spots for each apartment. Bicycle parking areas are also provided, catering to modern living needs.
The project emphasizes quality construction standards, with energy-efficient design elements such as solid insulation and controlled ventilation systems. It integrates a central heat pump for efficient heating and cooling managed through a sustainable energy approach. Residents can expect living spaces that prioritize comfort, privacy, and convenience, aided by direct access via an elevator to all floors, including underground parking, enhancing accessibility.
The interior of the apartments is designed with attention to quality and functionality. The materials used in construction include solid, durable elements like reinforced concrete and clay-brick for walls, ensuring structural integrity and warmth. Insulated triple glazing windows enhance energy efficiency while providing sound insulation. The flooring throughout the apartments includes a selection of premium materials, allowing buyers to customize with options like parquet or high-quality tiles.
Kitchens are equipped with modern appliances from reputable brands such as V-Zug, featuring units for dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, and a BORA induction cooktop along with a built-in extraction system. The kitchen aesthetics can be personalized with matte black, handle-free finishes, and natural stone countertops, with a budget set aside for buyer choices during the design phase.
Bathrooms are constructed with premium sanitary fixtures offering flexibility for personal selection during the fitting process. This includes the installation of soundproof plumbing components alongside modern lavatories and fixtures, ensuring a pleasant experience. Every master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, enhancing privacy and functionality.
The layout permits a variety of interior designs, from open-plan living to more segmented styles, intended to accommodate diverse personal preferences. Electrical installations throughout the units provide connectivity for modern media needs, ensuring each apartment reflects the lifestyle of its residents.
