This project encompasses a series of eight modern double and row houses designed over three levels. Each unit consists of 5.5 rooms, integrating functionality and privacy for families. The buildings are structured to include significant outdoor spaces such as patios and terraces, as well as green surrounding areas to enhance residential comfort.

The architecture promotes thoughtful layouts, providing generous areas for family living. Each house features ample provisions for private parking, including underground parking spaces. Additionally, the presence of common areas fosters community interaction among residents.

Unique features of the project include options for photovoltaic systems and air-water heat pumps, contributing to sustainability in home operations. Furthermore, the designs of the homes include protected seating spaces to ensure quiet outdoor experiences and essential amenities for comfortable living.
