Residential project in Zürich

The project consists of two residential buildings, with each building containing 24 residential units. The units are designed as private ownership and rental apartments, featuring varied layouts, including 2½-, 3½-, and 4½-room configurations. Each apartment is equipped with an outdoor seating area, balcony, or terrace, catering to a range of living preferences.

The architectural design incorporates a flat roof and aims for integration within the surrounding area, with a light facade color. Both buildings share a central courtyard, which enhances communal living. Parking facilities include an underground garage for residents, ensuring adequate vehicle space and accessibility. The project also adheres to high sustainability and energy efficiency standards, as indicated by its Minergie certification, incorporating advanced technologies such as solar energy and efficient insulation.
