This residential project consists of eight rental apartments ranging from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms, located in a modern building near the Ägerisee. The units feature generous floor areas, with sizes ranging from 122 m² to 170 m². Each apartment includes outdoor spaces such as terraces, some with significant square footage, providing views of the lake and surroundings. The building also offers amenities such as bike storage, garage parking, and dedicated cellar spaces for each apartment.

Unique features of the apartments include large terraces and advanced construction elements such as triple-glazed windows, ensuring good sound and thermal insulation. The interiors feature high-standard finishes with solid oak parquet flooring and large format ceramic tiles. Integrated Miele appliances are standard in the kitchens. Additionally, the project is designed with features to support sustainability, including photovoltaic systems for power generation on the roof and facade.
