This project consists of four residential buildings that accommodate a total of 33 apartments, a combination of rental and ownership units. The architectural design includes three modern structures featuring flat roofs and spacious balconies, alongside one building that reflects traditional village architecture with a prominent gabled roof. The outer areas include generous green spaces, patios, and a play area, providing a communal environment for residents.
The construction focuses on high-quality materials and renewable energy usage. The buildings are constructed with reinforced concrete and brick, ensuring sound insulation and earthquake safety as per SIA standards. Each apartment features spacious layouts, and additional amenities include a central heating system with water-water heat pumps, electric sunshades, and a lift accessible for the disabled.

The internal construction quality includes robust acoustic features, utilizing wall thicknesses that exceed typical specifications for improved sound insulation. Floor finishes allow choice between ceramic tiles and parquet, while bathrooms are equipped with ceramic tiles covering the walls up to the ceiling.
Kitchens feature Siemens StudioLine appliances, which include an induction cooktop with integrated extraction, a combi-steamer, a built-in refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Each unit includes its own comfort ventilation system for effective moisture and heat recovery, maintaining indoor air quality. Additionally, each apartment is equipped with a washing machine and a heat pump dryer in the utility room.
