Residential project in Solothurn

The project consists of a residential complex that features a diverse range of living options for different lifestyles and generations. It includes a compact, U-shaped building with various residential typologies, such as double-height studio apartments and units ranging from 1.5 to 5.5 rooms, all equipped with spacious outdoor areas. Accessible living spaces are designed to promote interaction and community engagement, with ground-level facilities including a grocery store and a daycare center. The existing building, an old printing house, will be preserved and repurposed to house commercial units such as offices and a café.

In total, there are 100 rental apartments provided, each thoughtfully designed with a layout that maximizes views into the garden courtyard, which features large trees and diverse vegetation. Additional amenities include a traffic-free community square for residents with ample green space, which not only offers attractive spots for social interaction and shopping but also positively impacts the microclimate. The complex includes essential bicycle parking, hobby rooms, and cellars, enhancing the living experience for residents.
