MINO

The project consists of eight ownership apartments distributed across three floors. The layout includes spacious living areas with both outdoor gardens and balconies attached to most units. Each apartment benefits from a cellar space for additional storage and the main building features large, floor-to-ceiling windows that enhance natural light and integrate interior spaces with the surrounding landscape. Electric venetian blinds are provided for solar protection, contributing to the overall comfort of the living spaces.

Apartments vary in size, featuring configurations of 2.5 to 4.5 rooms with areas ranging from 55.9 m² to 123.6 m². The complex is designed with an emphasis on functional and practical living, incorporating high-quality materials and modern appliances. Unique features include extensive outdoor space, private entrances, and a harmonious integration between indoor and outdoor living environments.
