Les Atoles

The project consists of two contemporary semi-detached villas located in a residential area. Each villa has 5 rooms and offers a floor area of 229 m², situated on plots measuring approximately 693.5 m² and 675.5 m² respectively. The buildings are constructed in reinforced concrete and masonry with a design that maximizes privacy and sunlight. Each villa includes three designated parking spaces, outdoor gardens, and features such as large living spaces and games rooms in the basement.

These villas meet the Minergie thermal standards and incorporate energy-efficient systems, including photovoltaic panels and geothermal heating/cooling distributed through the ground. Additional attributes include high-quality finishes, insulation, and independent construction for enhanced acoustic comfort. The layout in each villa ensures an abundance of living space along with structural quality, providing homes that cater to family needs.
