The project consists of two multi-family buildings designed to accommodate various living styles. It offers a total of seven residential units with different layouts, including 3.5 and 4.5 room configurations. Each building features a communal green space that connects them, providing a shared area for residents. Parking facilities include cellar spaces and outdoor areas for each apartment, enhancing convenience for residents.

Unique amenities within the project include spacious loggias and terraces for select apartments, allowing for outdoor living options. The buildings are constructed with high-quality materials and adhere to local building regulations, ensuring durability and safety. The design incorporates a mix of modern and functional elements, catering to diverse lifestyle needs, while ensuring a cohesive aesthetic between the two structures.
