Residential project in Bern

This multi-family residential project involves a comprehensive renovation of the existing structures to meet contemporary standards. A total of 24 rental apartments with varying layouts from 2 to 4.5 rooms are being developed, offering living spaces ranging from approximately 63 to 104 m². The buildings are equipped with a lift, ensuring accessibility, and feature spacious balconies or garden connections. Additionally, underground parking spaces and private cellar units are available for each apartment.

The renovation focuses on modernizing both the internal and external areas of the buildings, resulting in bright living rooms with parquet flooring and fully refurbished bathrooms. Select apartments will also feature a fireplace. The overall project aims to create contemporary living environments in a mature district, combining modern comforts with practical living solutions.
