Residential project in St. Ursen

The project consists of four polygonal buildings that accommodate both ownership and rental apartments, with sizes ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms. Each unit is designed to be spacious and bright, featuring loggias or terraces that overlook a communal courtyard. The façades are enhanced with loggias and panoramic windows, constructed with wooden-metal finishes that emphasize quality materials. Additionally, the project incorporates heat pumps for energy supply, which also serve for cooling, and photovoltaic systems installed on the roofs.

The landscape design creates a natural living environment, featuring common areas and a communal courtyard. Notable aspects of the project include boundary walls along the main road, which delineate public and private spaces, and provide clear building addressing. Climate-conscious elements such as the landscaping with fruit trees and green spaces contribute to a cohesive and high-quality residential atmosphere.
