Residential project in St. Ursen

This project consists of four polygonally structured buildings designed to create a cohesive residential environment. The development offers a mix of ownership and rental apartments with sizes ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms. All units feature generous layouts, abundant natural light, and access to either loggias or terraces that overlook a shared courtyard. The facades are enhanced by loggias and large panoramic windows, incorporating wood-metal window designs and wooden-clad railings for a distinctive exterior appearance.

The energy supply for the project utilizes heat pumps, which also serve cooling functions. Photovoltaic systems are installed on the roofs to support energy needs. The surrounding walls along the main road help to define public and communal spaces, while also providing a clear address for the buildings. The overall design integrates thoughtful architecture with a strong emphasis on energy independence and a balanced mix of housing options.
